Eligibilty

You are eligible for support if you are:

• Under a contract of employment with Strathclyde Fire & Rescue (SFR).
• An employee of SFR who retired with a pension under a Local Government Pension Scheme.
• A former employee of any of the previous Fire Organisations ;
  • Strathclyde Fire Brigade
  • Glasgow Fire Service
  • Glasgow Salvage Corps 

             who retired with a pension under a Local Government Pension Scheme

• An employee of Strathclyde Fire & Rescue Family Support Trust
• A dependant of any person who falls into the above categories
• A registered Beneficiary
