SFR-Family Support Trust announces Gift Aid Prize Draw Winners
The FST Gift Aid Spanish Holiday Prize Draw was held at NEG HQ on Monday 8th March at 1.30pm where Birthday Girl, Catherine Wallace, was invited to draw the three winning tickets.
Congratulations to Bob McKean at Blue Watch, Knightswood, who won First Prize.
Bob and his family are thrilled to receive a fabulous week long holiday, for 2, at FST’s luxury respite apartment in Costa Mijas, Spain, including return flights and car hire/ transfers.
Bob’s colleagues and FST Trustees gathered at Knightswood Fire Station, on Wednesday 10th March, to see Bob being presented with his prize, by FST Chair Graham Haugh.
The two runners up, Jamie Brady, Kirkintillock Fire Station and Alistair Swanson, Helensburgh Fire Station are also delighted to receive £50 M&S Vouchers.
The Trustees of Family Support Trust would like to sincerely thank all serving and retired SFR employees who have supported the Charity’s Gift Aid reclaim campaign and remind donors that it is still not too late to return outstanding declaration forms.
Annual Events
Family Support Trust hosts two popular annual events for our beneficiaries-the Summer Outing and the Christmas Lunch. Both of these events are organised by the Trustees and are supported by SFR and, in particular our Management Team.
Christmas Lunch Event- December 2009
We held our annual Christmas event for beneficiaries of the Charity in SLC Banqueting Suite, Hamilton on Saturday 5 December 2009. Around 65 ladies and 30 invited guests enjoyed a festive lunch, followed by a variety of entertainment which helped get everyone into the Christmas spirit.
